Last Summer Blast of Fun
Thanks to the Moritz's for asking us to go along. We went to the preseason Colts game today and had a great time!
What a great picture of some great people!
The view from the high rise seats we sat in the first half.
Taken with zoom when Peyton received his MVP award.
Who is this guy?
Looking good!
Mom wanted a picture with the kiddos.
Moved to some empty seats down low for the second half. Kids went tothe rail for a picture.
When we were up high, Kaylynn took pictures on her phone through a pair of binoculars. Says it worked!
The man from the low seats.
Who let the gorillas in?
Flying high with the Colts!

What a great summer we have had, back to school tomorrow and soccer practices underway. Games will start the end of the month and will see Eric and I going different directions quite often. Hard to believe it is nearly the end of August but it is and the kids are heading back in the morning. I guess I should head to bed myself so we have a smooth morning!

More PIctures

I have to admit that I started the post before this one at the beginnign of May. Can't believe it took me that long to actually post it!

Well, I am going to post more pictures below. Recap of highlights from the last few weeks:
  • On Mother's Day, May 9th we went to the farm and brought the chimney down and saw the progress of the addition. Pictures are below.
  • Garrett is the Indiana State Judo Champion, Light Weight 7&8 Year Olds; Record of 4 wins and 1 loss last Saturday. What a day!
  • On Sunday, Kaylynn completed her Marion Lightning Soccer Spring finishing 4 wins, 3 losses and 1 tie in league play.
  • Eric has been busy working on planes and trying to get our yard in shape (hard to do when you are not home much).
  • Kelly has accepted a new job and begins it June 1st. She will be running the 4-H program for Howard County as the Extension Educator.
  • Unfortunately, we had to get rid of Syvelster - but in exchange we are now proud owners of 2 hamsters - Alvin and Wally.
  • Pigs have arrived and the county fair is fast approaching (June 20th it starts with pigs showing on the 21st).

I think that covers the highlights for now. Hope everyone is well!

The kids were free falling into the piles of sand around the addition. Nana had to broom them off so they could ride home in the van!

I am afraid some would call this HILLBILLY CONSTRUCTION - or DESTRUCTION!

THE CHAMPION!
